1. Werabe University invites all eligible bidders to submit sealed bids for the construction work of buildings shown in the table below.

2. Interested bidders shall submit the following evidence;
- 2.1 Trading License renewed for 2013 EFY; and
- 2.2 Tax Clearance Certificate, which states that the bidder can participate in any public tender, valid at bidding date and VAT Registration Certificate.
- 2.3 Competency certificate, and bid participation supporting letter
- 2.4 Registration as supplier in the list of the mandated public body, i.e. Public Procurement and Property Agency (PPPAA).
3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open National tendering procedures contained in the public procurement proclamation of the Federal Government of Ethiopia and is open to all eligible bidders.
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Procurement & Finance directorate of the University Room 102 and inspect the bidding documents at this office working hours at publishing Date of this Invitation at Ethiopian Adis Zemen newspaper with in 30 days.
5. The Bid will be opened 30 Calader days after the publishing Date of this Invitation at Ethiopian Adis Zemen newspapern in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives, on the mentioned date at local time 2:00 pm the bid box will be closed and opend at time 2:30 pm standard bid document of each project.( N.B The Bid will be opened 30 Calader days after the publishing Date of this Invitation at working day ).

7. Bidders shall submit two envelopes, “Technical Document & Bid Security” in one enved and “Financial Bid” separately in another envelope and should be sealed in an outer envelope. Detail submission requirements are described in the standard bid document.
8. Evaluation is to be carried out in two stages, Technical Evaluation first and Financial Evaluation of Bids of qualified bidders next.
